The time has come again to do a recap. With the third quarter just wrapping up we are going to do a season 3 recap on the third season. It’s hard to believe that we have come so far already.

    • When hiring employees, you have to establish a culture for your company early on.

      • Do I like you?
      • Do I trust you?
      • Since then it has really evolved into a bigger process.

      • Be accommodating – figure out what they like and want to do so that they’re at ease.
      • Ask your team members what they like and what suggestions they would offer. Do NOT ask them what they dislike.
      • After you’ve talked to everyone individually, pull them all together to talk as a group.

    • Mindfulness is recognizing thoughts and being present in the moment.
    • Culture within the workplace is important and sets the mood and tone of the office.
    • Culture comes over time without intention, and it is based on the habits and behaviors of people who participate.

    • Culture is how you behave while trying to carry out your vision and mission.
    • Culture is customs. It is passed down without thinking about it.
    • Having great culture means keeping employees longer.

    • Healium reduces self-reported anxiety in some moderate anxiety patients but is not a replacement for medication.

    • Persistence and determination through the tough times.
    • She has taken a little company into a large company (Tastefully Simple).
