    • Good communication skills
    • Engaged employees
    • Reduced turnover
    • Slower decision making
    • May accomplish tasks slower
  3. Transformational Leaders
    • Focus on change
    • Visionaries
    • Proactive and adaptable
    • United in a common cause

    • Requires frequent feedback
