Nathan Akpan is a speaker, life/ business strategist, and subconscious behaviorist who is passionate about helping people unlock the greater potential and free them from the shackles of mind conditioning.

  • Nathan’s number one habit is his fitness habit
    • There are parallels between that habit and other aspects of Nathan’s life. 
  • Nathan helps individuals and groups move towards their goals.
    • Goal achievement is the goal.
    • In the process of seeking a goal, you’ll come across many obstacles.
    • Nathan helps individuals and groups overcome internal challenges.
  • There will always be obstacles.
    • Even if everything is going well, people may have blind spots.
  • Without purpose we don’t have direction.
  • Unless you make the unconscious conscious, it will control your life and you will call it fate.
    • It’s necessary to probe beneath the surface.
      • What’s causing this?
  • Figure out what kind of mental scripts you and others are running.
    • Once you figure out your or someone else’s behavior and what scripts run automatically, then you can help to change or modify them.
  • When you are run by automatic scripts you aren’t conscious of actions.
  • Know the problem. Accept the problem.
  • Approach problems systematically.
    • Identify where we are. Gain clarity and sense of direction.
      • Then you can look at the elements of the direction.
  • “If an individual does not use his potentiality to his fullest extent, that person is sick.”
  • One idea can absolutely change your business.
